Return Window

Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and certificates intact.
  • Customers must share a proper unboxing video from opening the shipment till showing the final product received for any return, exchange, refund, damage, or wrong item claim.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
  • If the exchanged product value is higher, customers must pay the difference.
  • If lower, the balance will be provided as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Customized or engraved jewellery
  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
