Return Window
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and certificates intact.
- Customers must share a proper unboxing video from opening the shipment till showing the final product received for any return, exchange, refund, damage, or wrong item claim.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
- If the exchanged product value is higher, customers must pay the difference.
- If lower, the balance will be provided as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:
- Customized or engraved jewellery
- Clearance or discounted products
- Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
