- Dispatch Times: In-stock fashion jewellery (silver, alloys, plated pieces) ships within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Fine jewellery (gold, diamonds, precious gemstones) is made-to-order and typically ships within 7–14 business days. We clearly note any special production times on the product page.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery time depends on your location. After dispatch, most orders arrive within 2–7 days in major Indian cities and up to 10 days in remote areas. Your estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid domestic orders. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹50 applies. (COD is not available for certain premium items for security reasons.) International shipping is available on select items – charges and delivery times vary by country.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. Use this number on the courier’s website to track your package. For any shipping questions, contact our support team.
- Delays and Issues: Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to weather, high demand, or courier issues. We will notify you of any known delays. If a delivery attempt fails (e.g. address unreachable), we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund if undeliverable.
